Official Franklin County criminal records must come from the office that keeps them. Court clerks, the Sheriff's Office, Corrections, city police, and Washington State Patrol each hold a different part of the record. The contacts below route requests to those government custodians.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the custodian that matches the Franklin County record:

  • Superior Court files: Franklin County Clerk, Building B room B306, 509-545-3525, weekdays 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
  • District Court cases: Building B room B218, 509-545-3593
  • Pasco Municipal cases: Building D, 509-545-3491; the temporary counter schedule is published on the court site
  • Sheriff reports: Civil & Records, Building D room D201, 509-545-3501, weekdays 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Booking and jail records: Franklin County Corrections Center, D-102, 509-545-3549, office hours 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • State criminal history: Washington State Patrol WATCH or its fingerprint self-review channel

The sheriff and court offices share the courthouse campus at 1016 N Fourth Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301, but each uses a separate room and request route. Use Franklin County GovQA for public sheriff records. Court copies go to the clerk, not GovQA. A Pasco Police incident report must be requested from the City of Pasco rather than the county jail or Municipal Court.
